The Arc

For the work beneath the work. Six sessions through Reset, Reconnect, Realign — two within each phase, allowing depth before moving to what comes next.

Reset begins where you actually are — not where the role, the responsibilities, or the inherited expectations say you should be. We name the drift, the friction, the quiet erosion that has brought you here. Reconnect returns you to what genuinely matters — your values, your voice, your sense of self beneath the title and the track record. Realign is where it becomes practical — a sustainable path forward, grounded in who you are rather than who you have been performing as.

About

I have spent decades at senior leadership level, working alongside founders, directors, and senior leaders facing complexity, transition, and the quiet friction that so often accompanies success.

I have navigated it from the inside too. There was a point where everything looked right on the outside and felt misaligned on the inside. That experience — of living the drift, sitting with it honestly, and finding a way through — is what Path 9 was built from.

At the heart of the practice is a simple premise: human intelligence is the resource, not the thing being fixed, and learning happens through doing.

Path 9 is built on the Team Mastery methodology — born in Finland's Team Academy. I completed my Team Mastery coaching training with Akatemia UK, a programme and certification recognised by the Association for Coaching, and it has been the foundation of my practice since.

Above all, I understand what it costs to carry responsibility over time: the pressure, the ambiguity, the weight of decisions, and the gradual distance that can emerge between outward success and what is felt within. What I bring is a way back.

What kind of commitment does this require?

It varies by engagement. The Single Session is 90 minutes. The Arc holds six sessions of 60 minutes over an agreed period, with reflection and practice between them. Path 9 for Organisations takes shape around what the organisation is navigating. Beyond time, the work asks for honesty, attention, and a willingness to act on what becomes clear. Those who get the most from it are genuinely ready — not just curious.

Can my organisation engage Path 9 on my behalf — or for my team?

Path 9 for Organisations is built for exactly this — whether the engagement is for you, your team, or the leadership group around you. Each takes shape around what you or the organisation is navigating, drawing on three formats — bespoke team work, ongoing one-to-one coaching, and in-person residencies.

Is what we discuss confidential?

Yes. What is said in our conversations stays between us. This is true for individual and for organisational engagements — even where an organisation is sponsoring the work, the content of each session remains confidential to the individual. The conditions for honest reflection depend on trust, and Path 9 is built around it.

Is there a guide on price?

Path 9 sits at the senior end of the coaching market. Each engagement is shaped by what the work asks for — and pricing is discussed in our first conversation.

Beyond commercial work?

Each year, time is held for NGOs, charities, education, and community work.

Why “Path 9”?

In ancient wisdom, 9 is the number of completion and threshold — the point where one form ends and another begins. Path 9 is named for that meeting place, where what has brought you here is honoured, and what comes next becomes possible.
