About

Sanjeev Davidson

I have spent decades at senior leadership level, working alongside founders, directors, and senior leaders facing complexity, transition, and the quiet friction that so often accompanies success.

I have navigated it from the inside too. There was a point where everything looked right on the outside and felt misaligned on the inside. That experience — of living the drift, sitting with it honestly, and finding a way through — is what Path 9 was built from.

At the heart of the practice is a simple premise: human intelligence is the resource, not the thing being fixed, and learning happens through doing.

Path 9 is built on the Team Mastery methodology — born in Finland's Team Academy. I completed my certified Team Mastery coaching training with Akatemia UK — a programme recognised by the Association for Coaching — and it has been the foundation of my practice since.

Above all, I understand what it costs to carry responsibility over time: the pressure, the ambiguity, the weight of decisions, and the gradual distance that can emerge between outward success and what is felt within. What I bring is a way back.

Most people who come to Path 9 feel exactly that. It's often what has kept them from reaching out sooner. The ability to carry a great deal alone is part of what got you here. But there is a difference between capability and isolation — and at a certain point, thinking alone stops producing new thinking.

The work is not therapy. It's a space to think clearly about where you are, what you're carrying, and what comes next — without agenda, and without anyone needing something from you. If something from the past is relevant, it won't be avoided. But this is not where that work is done.

Yes. What is said stays between us — always. This holds whether you are self-funding or your organisation is involved. The conditions for honest reflection depend on trust, and Path 9 is built around it.

It varies by engagement. The Single Session is 90 minutes. The Arc holds six sessions of 60 minutes over an agreed period, with reflection and practice between them. Path 9 for Organisations takes shape around what the organisation is navigating. Beyond time, the work asks for honesty, attention, and a willingness to act on what becomes clear. Those who get the most from it are genuinely ready — not just curious.
